How do you scroll on a non-touchscreen laptop?

When using my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop, I'm unable to scroll on certain screens, such as the Presets. How do I enable scrolling 9all screens in the GUI for the UI-12?

    I see your post is 3 years old. I'm going to assume you figured this out by now but in case you didn't, have you tried using the arrow keys to scroll left and right? Also, clicking the screen anywhere with your mouse and dragging left or right should do the trick.
