new ui 24, fx set up

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Hi, loving our new 24, but struggling to hear the fx in the item aux. I can see the meters moving on the fx3 delay , the fader is up on the send, can hear on the main mix, but not on aux. could anyone help please?

    Same situation, still didn’t find the way to send fx return to aux. let me know please if you found solution

    On the Aux sends page, hit the 'Post Proc'(essing) button for each channel needed.
