Hi, I have nan issue with my UI16.. I just noticed today that all the outputs on the unit won't play out normally. There's almost no sound on them, and there is a lot of cracking and background noise on all outputs. Any clues?

    I have this same problem with the ui16 of my church. i came back on a sunday to find out that all the channels are cracking without any input signal into it.
    please any body with a solution should help us. thanks.
