wifi led blink without mixer start

thanks for your attention ... once my UI12 is connected to its power supply, the WIFI LED continues to flash together with the power supply LED. I also tried to do the full reset as indicated in the manual but without success. Do you have any ideas to help me? Thanks a lot.
