Ui12 - RTA doesn't work

Hi,

I have purchased a new Ui12 and the RTA feature does not work. It behaves strangely, drawing a curve every other second or so, with the curve sliding to the bottom like some signal path was being switched on and off.

I don't think it's an computer issue because I have tried on a Mac Pro, Macbook Pro and iPad Pro via Ethernet, builtin WiFi and my own WiFi network, and I have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome.

Any pointers? The firmware version is the last one, which was already installed on the unit. Just in case I have performed a full reset but the behavior is still the same.
