Notepad 12fx usb-play is gated??

Hello.
I'm using notepad 12fx, quite well.
However, When playing some music through usb,
it looks like being inserted gate plugin.
and it sounds 0.2~0.3 sec delayed.
So, some beginning part of music can't be listened.
Espescially, when talking through internet phone,
I can't listen short answer!
I think It is because a new function, ducking.
Anybody knows control this gated sound?
