Can Not Connect To My UI24R, Not showing up in networks

My UI24R isn't showing up on any device I have. Therefore I can not get in the unit to control it or adjust settings. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that I can connect to the unit? can I use the HDMI Port into a smart TV. Whats my next step. I have a huge session in an hour and I am down for the count.
