So, after researching this issue it seems to be a common problem with this unit. I am sending mine back for repair, $290 bucks. Has anyone else had the repair and did it happen again after. Any tips on preventing this in the future?
Soundcrafts response to the issues with this desk has been shocking to say the least, they have clearly sent out a faulty product and have shown little to no recognition of it. Everyone that owns this desk will run into issues not of their own doing... this desk (and the mtk 12) should have been recalled.
