UI24r Routing L& R outputs to a single aux for a mono delay stack

Hello,
I'm gearing up to do a comedy act in a large room. I've done Rock bands in this venue and can cover the room, but not at a low volume. I will be setting up left and right stacks for FOH. Trying to keep the volume level for the front rows at a decent level, I plan on putting a MONO 3rd stack in the rear of the room. I know I can run everything to an aux send for this output, but I am interested in knowing if in the routing tables this could be done easier than dealing with a third mix. the room is approx. 50 x 100ft.

I think i saw this on the Ui24R Facebook Group. I haven't checked back there for what people had to say but the easiest thing to do would be to convert the Aux to a Matrix and then feed LR to the Matrix. That way you don't have to create a separate mix but you would have a separate level control.
Just checked and it looks like similar answer on FB. You might take a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wk_oVTjJx6g
