Soundcraft Ui16 Console LOCKED-Need help

Greetings, I just purchased a Soundcraft Ui16 for use in my home studio. I can connect to the mixer to my PC just fine but when the console appears ALL of the faders are LOCKED! The Master Lock function is disabled and I don't know how to remedy this. Any help is appreciated!

    Not sure if I'm following your question. I would think that the Master Password is enabled not disabled.

    One thing to try.. create a text file... masterpass.txt. Place it on in on USB stick. With Ui turned off. insert USB Stick into one of the USB sockets. Using a pointy object like a ballpoint pen or similar depress the recessed reset switch and turn on the mixer. Hold the switch in for about 10 -15 seconds. This should clear the password.

    Also check under settings (the red icon with a gear on it)/ Access Tab and make sure that the client access for all items is On. .

    I want to simply restore a unit to factory default ( UI12)
    No passwords and no show files .
    How is this done?
