Disappointed with Vi1000

I am using two Vi1000 in mirror mode. Both of them are connected to the same compact stage box, therefore the input is MADI split. One of them was hanged during a performance and the other was freezes during power up(not the same day). And we replaced both Vi1000. One of the replaced Vi1000 have no sound on local output. The other was freezes during power up(OK after restart). I don't know why they are having so many problems. Before Installation of these Vi1000, I am using Vi1 for 7 years with no problem.
