no power on one side

Does anyone have any thoughts on why only the left side is working on my signature 12.
I tried different cords

    I have a sound craft Signature 16. I am also having a similar problem on different channels. But at times the channel put is ok - two sided. Its not happening only with a particular channel. and not all channels are affected. when PFL is engaged the vu LEDs light up on both sides. Sound output is only from the right side speakers. Any suggestions please.
