in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Hello I just Got my ui24r back from repair. Story short, I was playing and suddenly there was loud banging and a lot of noise. I was wearing in ears, not comfortly. All cables unplugged and repowering the ui24, still noise on all channels. Ill send it for repair and Got it back. But now it’s flashens Every second in the wifi led. And I can’t get any input and off course no output. I Dont know if it’s blocked by the “error” (flashing led).
Is there someone who know what to do. My dealer isn’t helpfull.

    Forgot to say I have done fullreset and Update v3.3
