NOTEPAD 8FX "burning" / "sliced" sound (mac)

Hi , i have a macbook pro (mid 2012, sierra) and the notepad 8fx its fine except for two things:
1: sometimes the USB interfaz get shut down and disconnect from nothing, make a sound like burn and restart (or not)
2: When im hearing throw de phone monitor, the signal from the mac its completely awfull, cut, burning sound... this problem goes and back with no reason .

i made all the updates and i still have the problem, i dont find any info about this "shit signal sound" .

anyone??
