Ui24r Firmware wont update

Hello there! good day! I have a noob problem with my Ui24R regarding firmware update.
I have downloaded all of the version and placed it on a USB stick but upon inserting it into the USB port it only says that "USB Inserted". waited for a long time and noting happens.. my unit have never been updated before. is there any possible way to update the firmware manually? thanks hope someone can help..

    Up to how many Gig does a Ui24R accept on a firmware update?
    What USB format does it read e.g. NTFS, FAT32, XFAT?
