ui24r firmware update problems

Hello,
I'm trying to update my ui24r firmware from 3.0 to 3.3. When attaching the USB stick with the new firmware, the mixer says "USB Inserted", but after that nothing is happening. The red light on the stick is blinking for a short while, and then lightening up constantly. I have tried to insert in all four USB ports, but with the same result. Anybody Any idea how to solve this?

    Same issue with me.... tried 3 flash drives and double and tripple checked the zip file for the update all is good but it doesn't start the update.
