Ui24r - USB i/f not working

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Hey there, running a Macbook (15" mid 2015) on Mojave and I can't get this damn thing to connect to Core Audio. I have tried everything: multiple cables, different ports on the computer, etc, and cannot get this thing to work. I'm about ready to open the thing up and check the soldering on the ports...

Any success stories walking away from this? Based on how many other people are having similar issues, it seems like this model shipped with faulty USB ports. Sad considering all the revolutionary things it had going for it, for now it only works as a stand-alone (Wifi works).

    Same issue here.
    Their tech support's USELSS answer was :
    " From preliminary testing with an M1 Macbook Pro on Big Sur 11.3, Ui24R mixers appear to be fully functional."
    WE NEED THE SOLUTION!!!

    This mixer is very stable with MAC OS, i think.

    Did you check the AudioMIDISetup.app ?
    It's in the UTILITY folder in the Application folder.
    You should check the MASTER and some numbers SLIDERS in this utility.
    And also the sampling rate has to be 48kHz.
    You can check the word clock source there.
