Crackling Audio - 2020 iMac to Soundcraft Si Impact

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, I've searched the forums and even google, didn't find any... so I hope someone can chime in...
We have an iMac running our video in the church and we have it plugged into the soundboard for in house audio. At some point within the last two years, we have been experiencing crackling sound thru it. Specially when the video have piano music. We changed the cables we use (1/8 to XLR cable, 1/8 to RCA cables do a 1/4' adapter, etc.) we still have the same result. But when we play the same youtube video (since it was easier to test using a youtube video) thru a PC laptop, sound is clean.
Anyone else having this same issue?
