Notepad 12fx Livestream Channel 1 only working

Good day Harman.
We'd like to report this issue that we're experiencing. Notepad 12fx Livestream using USB to iPad and Mac but Channel 1 is only working. We try monitoring using headphone, all channels are working properly. We also try it in Garageband (DAW) all channels are also working.
