Savings Settings

Hi am using the soundcraft vi2000 console and having difficulties in saving my shows. I save the master show and also update my snapshot anytime I make changes and am okay with it but I notice when ever I change the fader banks on the OUTPUT FADER PAGE my levels in the VCA keep dropping and will need to push it up again to get my levels back. How can I save settings without loosing my level dropping.
