"Error loading Show"

I am 82 years old and am in charge of operating a UI24R in a small rural church. Everything has been working fine for a few years but suddenly I get a "Error Loading Show" message when I try to save a new Show and Snapshots. What can I do to overcome this problem? If I reset to original factory setting I fear I will lose the EQ, etc. settings. If I install an update, will I be able to retain the settings that presently exist?

    Estou vivenciando o mesmo dilema, sou do interior do meu estado em uma cidade super pequena. Faz aproximadamente 1 semana já que a mesa reseta as cenas, seja os volumes, equalizações e etc. Sempre que desligo e ligo perco todas as cenas gravadas, e não consigo criar uma nova. Mensagem: "Error loading show".
