Console Locks Up

Our Si Performer 3 will occasional lockup mid-show. Audio passes thru on the current mix, but no adjustments are possible. The only fix seems to be to reboot.
The console is plugged into our LAN to be accessible by wifi on iPads and phones using VISI or VISI Listen.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

    Someone said that it's a sign that the SD Card needs to be reseated or replaced. I'm going to try replacing that. Unfortunately I will lose all my settings. I can store all my show settings on a USB stick, but are things like matrix routing, speaker group delay times, main outs eq+compression settings, are all those things also saved in the show file?
