VI5000 problems using 96KHz

I cannot use 64 channels 96KHZhttps://
I have 8 DSPs and a multi-mode optical madi card
When I put it on 96KHz I can only make it work up to channel 48
Channel 49 to 64 has noise (similar to world-clock noise)
DIP switches of optical cards in factory default.
Does anyone know what happens?
