Soundcraft Signature 10 - Effects

I have recently purchased a Soundcraft Signature 10 Mixer, and I am wanting to know if there are any tutorial videos that explain how to best utilise the onboard FX? For example, can you use a Reverb effect on a Vocal channel, and say the Studio Chorus effect on a Guitar channel?
