Ui24r delay distorted

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Hello! i bought a used Ui 24 and tested, everything work fine, only Delay effect is strongly distorted...when i change to reverb, works fine, only delay mode makes problems..
I tryed reset, low level, high level send... Can anybody help with advice

    i have a UI12 has same issue i cant use the delay effect at all, i have to keep it muted or it all the way down. Any luck finding what it is?
