Issue Connecting Mobile Devices to Router Tethered to UI16

Assistance needed!

I tethered a Netgear router to my board and configured it properly. When I access the router ISP from my laptop, the board UI immediately boots up. However, when I attempt to connect my phone or tablet, I'm routed to the Netgear router admin page instead of the board UI. This seems to only happen with mobile devices.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any solutions? Please and thanks!
