Mixer UI12 problems

Hi everybody , When I connect with my smartphone or Tablet to the UI12 mixer ,only the AUX1 is visable in the display and on the bottom it reads : No 'ME"channels (no AUX out) ....when I connect with my smartphone , I get the additional remark "possibly pravite mode is on" . I 'm a rooky in this field , so any help is welcome. - Alex-
