Footswitch to mute FX on the MTK 12

Hi:

I have recently the MTK 12, and would like to mute the internal FX, according to the manual has to be done with a Footswitch , and don't know which brand could be suitable, Tip and ring is the spec, but there are so many, specially has to be simple and not expensive, at least for this purpose.
Hope somebody has the experience and will write back.

    Hi, I just tried a Korg PS-1, Boss FS-5U and a Boss FS-6 to mute fx on a 12mtk.

    All worked at turning on/off the fx on my console.

    Even the PS-1 with only Tip and Sleeve.

    However, each pedal has different ways of changing the fx; the PS-1 can only change the fx while you hold it down.

    The other pedals can switch the fx on/off, literally, like a switch.
