Spirit 328 - what converter can connect it to Mac usb/c?

Hi - I Hope to use my old 328 as an audio interface with a MacBook Pro laptop. Need an “in-between box” to accept all 16 channels from the adat or spdif I/o and output them via usb-c to the Mac. Any ideas out there?
