Si Impact Loss of Control

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

We have started to have an issue with our si impact. Several times now in the middle of a show or rehearsal we will realize we have no control of the board. Faders do nothing, masters do nothing, etc. The only thing we can do is shut everything down and turn it back on again. Runs fine for a few days after that but then will happen again. Any thoughts?

    Can confirm. We have experienced this issue over 30 plus times. Asked for warranty repair and said we had to pay as well. looking for a fix asap it's been years. don't need to pay the price of the board to fix it.
