MTK 22 usb died today

I have had it for a little over two years leaving it on for long hours (on more than off). I have read a couple similar stories. I can no longer connect to my PC as it constantly reconnects. Analog sources still work well. I ordered a new one today since I have no other options during the wait to get it fixed. Hoping I can sell it for a somewhat decent price if I can get mine fixed. Not sure how common this is but I feel like a thousand dollar mixer should have more than two years in it without needing repair.. Then again it could be my fault for leaving it on.
