Notepad 8FX driver problem

Notepad 8FX USB driver doesn’t show the same options as are shown on videos. I have no mix L&R option. Only 1&2 or 3&4 with no other options shown, so I can’t listen back to my recording.
Windows 7 says the driver is running properly. I have reinstalled the latest driver 3 times. Any thoughts? Is there a way to contact Soundcraft directly? Have others had this problem? Is the mixer itself flawed? Help. I want to use this to record. No problems with my Saffire USB audio input.
