Firmware notepad 8fx for windows 11 and ARM64 processor

Over the last 6 months I wrote a lot of complaints and ask for technical support to arrange the firmware issues for Windows 11 and here at soundcraft nobody seems to care because not a single word about my problem not a single communication in all this time I'm starting to think that I purchase the wrong brand of mixing consoles because I have no backup for any kind of issues
