Vi3000 snapshot store doesn´t work

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Our Vi3000 shortly after powered on will not make any snapshots. Touch screen works well in any other activity. Updating software didn't help. Is there a memory battery inside and could this be the problem? Any other suggestions?
