Please HELP! Signature MTK 12 random channels died

Hi,

A few days ago some channels of my mixing desk went kaputt out of the sudden. The signal seems to be travelling OK from the pre-amp down the strip but then it gets lost somewhere between the Mute button and the Master Outputs.

Weirdest thing is that some channels wont output any signal unless the PFL/Solo button is pressed, then other channels will output through the left channel while others output through the right channel (even when centre panned), and then there is channel 6, which won't output anything at all.

All the inputs work fine, and the signal is sent correctly via USB to my DAW, so I'm guessing that something went really wrong at faders' level.

Did anybody reading this had similar issues? Any ideas on what could be the problem?

I'm living in Ireland and it seems to be pretty difficult to get local support for Soundcraft mixers (the closest official repair centre is in the UK), plus the desk is 4 years old, so it's out of warranty already :(
