in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Every time I turn on the mixer with the computer on, after 5 minutes of using CUBASE, it starts to make a strange noise, like a saturated noice, to avoid this, I have to restart the computer with the mixer connected, This way it works correctly, but I don't want to restart every time I turn on the mixer, how can I fix this problem ? The latest version of the driver is from 2019. Is there anything that can be done? I already check with Windows and Cubase support and both are fine.
