UI16 Has No Lights at all

I turned on my UI16 today, and all the lights did not come on. Its worked fine for 4 years or so, but now it doesn't seem to. I can still connect to its hot spot, and the GUI shows that it is connected, but I don't see any of the meters move at all when I have anything generating signal plugged into them. I updated to the most current firmware, and I tried to do a full factory reset. I'm not sure if the reset took because the indicator lights don't do anything. Anybody else have a similar problem?
