Master output mix patching question

Hi,
Is there a way to take a channel out of the Master Output Mix L and R but still have it in one of the auxs? Sometimes our recording sound echoey because the crowd mic is left on and the feed for the recording comes from Master Mix L . I’m trying to minimize operator error as much as possible.

What mixer of soundcraft are you asking about?
This is the Soundcraft Mixing Console user forum.
Everybody can ask about Flag ships Vi series to small analog mixers of spirit, and about old days 8000series too.
You should write the console's name with your question.

Yes. Either mute the channel or turn the channel fader all the way down. Unless you've selected "POST" on the aux sends, the aux sends are tapped before the mute and channel fader.
