Headphones in stereo

Hi, I’ve got the Soundcraft ui 24r and trying to get a stereo send from the headphones. I can only get it to work in one side of the headphones. Any help appreciated! Thanks,

    ¿Do you mean on both of headphones jacks?
    ¿Or en Aux sends?
    I have the same problem connecting headphones on aux sends
