Has anyone been able to fix the ui24 self noise problem?

We have a ui24r that has horrible self noise on several channels. We just had it in a certified warranty shop to fix it. It took seven months and there doesn’t seem to be any improvement. Does it take that long to get parts from Harmon? Should we just ditch the mixer? Any info from experience getting this fixed would be appreciated.
