Has anyone been able to fix the ui24 self noise problem?

We have a ui24r that has horrible self noise on several channels. We just had it in a certified warranty shop to fix it. It took seven months and there doesn’t seem to be any improvement. Does it take that long to get parts from Harmon? Should we just ditch the mixer? Any info from experience getting this fixed would be appreciated.

    So it's been as year and no help here. I'm going to assume the horrid noise issues don't have a software fix and I'll have to send it to the shop. Again. The local authorized Soundcraft repair place took it in under warranty, held on to it for months bc no parts. Returned it working no better than before. Now it's out of warranty. Cool. When did Soundcraft get so shitty?
