How do I use the AES outputs from my stage box as additional monitor mixes^

Hi, I have a mini stagebox 32R with 4 AES/EBU outputs. What do I need to use some of these AES channels as additional monitor mixes. Since these are digital channels, I'm assuming there are devices that would convert these digital channels to an analog signal that I could then sent to my in-ear transmitters.
