Soundcraft ui24r forgetful?

In the last week our Soundcraft ui24r has started malfunctioning. When turned on it is not on the show that was previously used. If you load a show most things work but AFS is blank. If you change the show and save it then switch to another program and back the changes are lost.

Any ideas on things to try and fix it?
