VI 1 Bootup problems

Hello Together

We have since some time during the bootup the problem that the VI1 does not load the fader pairing after the bootup, and the faders send the incoming signal on the LRC although the faders are closed. Loading the show or the cue does not solve the problem. Remedy currently: restart several times (1-5 times)
Log: Lost Connection
We have the following set up:
VI 1 with MADI (optical Multimode) card
Compact Stagebox with MADI (optical Multimode) card.
