Touchscreen IIYAMA ProLite T2735MSC-B1 for UI24R

Third or fourth attempt:
We've got an IIYAMA ProLite T2735MSC-B1 touch screen monitor. It works well on Windows and Linux, no extra driver needed. I asked SC for a driver, because the touch functionality dosn't work on UI24R. Chad Butler (SC) said, that I have to send PID/VID-Values, then they would integrate it in the next firmware version.
Here are the values:
VID 0457
PID 10E1

That was about 1 1/2 years ago, nothing happened. Can anyone help?
