Notepad-8FX has lost power and is not recognized on my DAW

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

i have been using the 8FX for about 2 years and it has suddenly no longer recognized by my DAW. I replaced the power cable and nothing changed. how can i trouble shoot to determine problem?
