Notepad 8FX - MacOS USB Return Volume Level Too High

Hello All,

I am new to the product. I believe it will be what I need in my small setup however, using MacOS 10.15 Catalina, I have no ability to control the level of audio coming in via USB Return.

The computer is sending out a level which is way to high / near distortion. As with MacOS there is no volume control if you are not using the built-in speakers. In the Soundcraft Audio Control Software, there is no option to control the input level either. In the DAW it is not so bad as I at least have a master volume control but again it must be lowered so much that it makes effective gain staging or mixing possible.

What can I do, any advice or workarounds? I want to keep this neat little mixer but it is not usable like this...
