UPDATE 4.9.2 FAIL

Greetings,
i have a problem with a soundcraft vi1 audio mixer.
I did the software update from 4.7.2 to 4.8.2 and had no problems.
I am unable to update the mixer to version 4.9.2.
I followed all the steps in the manual but it doesn't work. What can it be?
