Can Multitrack playback be used for Click Tracks?

So using my ui24r, I'd like to multitrack record Click and for example Bass on Channels 19 & 20, and then when it came to performance, play back that multitrack recording, say if the Bass player was unavailable for that gig.
Is this possible or do I have activate "Soundcheck" thereby muting all the input channels.
