Mini Stagebox 32i/16i connection between the Sound board cutting in and out.

We have been having this connection problem intermittently. it seems to get a stable connection after 30-45 minutes.
We are using CAT 6 cable and connectors. This is a new problem it worked without problem for a year or two.
We checked the cable with network cable tester and the cable and connectors are good. We are using this in church and not having sound is a huge problem.
