UPDATE CONSOLE MIXER

HI,
I did the software update from 4.7.2 to 4.8.2 and had no problems.
I updated on the mixer without problems: "DB" , "DESK FIRMWARE", "DEFAULT CLIPBOARD LIBRARIES" , "DEFAULT SHOWS".

I can't update the mixer to version 4.9.2.

the mixer first brings me the wording "restoring previous desk application", then "failed to update desk application"
I was reading on some soundcraft forums that several users are unable to update 4.9.2 due to issues with the update file.
